Minimum rental period 7 nights, maximum 29 nights (on-going).
Arrival and departure can be in any day of the week. You can find the number of hosted adults indicated for each apartment (in presentation or gallery). Furthermore for the larger apartments (three-room units B or E), on request, you can add a fifth single bed (for adults) at additional cost; however, the bed for children up to 4 years is always free and does not count as an adult sleep.
Our apartments are also suitable for elderly or physically disabled guests (ground floor, no stairs) but are not suitable and equipped to accommodate disabled people using wheelchairs.
Due to hygienic reasons, dogs (any breed) are not allowed in our structure.
The arrival time for key collection (we are on site) can be agreed with us as needed.
Guests must left the apartment (check out) before 10 am on departure day.

- All the household linen (eg sheets, blankets, towels, tablecloths, etc.).
- Our beds are equipped with slatted frame and latex mattress for maximum sleeping comfort. We guarantee hygiene and cleanliness with every change of linen and with hygienic mattress toppers and sham.
- For babies: additional folding children’s bed/cot (max 4 years) complete with linen and mattress, table seat-adapter. Moreover, blender on request.
- Beach parasol provided in each apartment.
- Secure garden, completely fenced, with outdoor furniture.
- Area for outdoor dining-relax private and exclusive for each apartment.
- Small children’s playground.
- Equipped barbecue area with veranda and gazebo (available on request and free).
- Dedicated parking place in our private yard.
